Govind was passing through a small village one morning when the wheels of his cart got stuck in a pool of mud. Frustrated, he had to call a man who lived nearby for help.

The man approached, putting his shoulder against the cart and lifting while simultaneously pushing the wheels out of the mud. After a moment of effort, he finally freed the cart.

Govind felt relieved and pleased with the man’s assistance. Panting and covered in sweat, the man extended his hand towards Govind, expecting a reward for his labor.

Govind paid him some money and said, “You must be tired.” Just then, the man’s little nephew, who had been observing the scene for a couple of days, chimed in, “Naturally! Uncle has to carry buckets of water from the pond at night to keep the pool filled, after all.”
